Rossi IP has done more than list these items as goals. In previous placements, Rossi IP has negotiated salaries 30K to 40K above lock-step, along with the elimination of lock-step, 80K to 100K sign, 10% origination credit, and two to three years credit for partnership consideration.

Rossi IP also performs in-house searches for qualified attorneys. Rossi IP only works on in-house positions that have a trajectory into management.
